Images from the Japanese space probe Hayabusa 2 shows the moment that it touched down for the second time on the asteroid Ryugu on July 11.
This footage, which is made up of still images taken at intervals of between 0.5 and 5 seconds, shows a sped-up view of the touchdown which resulted in new samples being picked up by the probe.
Upon touching down on the asteroid, the probe fired a metal bullet into to blast up samples it could capture before lifting back up, Space.com said.
